Rushed Bases
It is a disadvantage to have rushed higher level bases in war. Clan leaders have discretion over what counts as a rushed base. But here's a good rule of thumb. A base should look like it maxed mortars, wizard towers, air defenses, army camps, and about half of available walls at the previous town hall level.
